Rehab Better.
Get back to what you love.

Our mission is to give you the time and attention you deserve to help you live an active, healthy life!

Physiotherapy

Our Physiotherapists have multiple years of experience in a sports medicine setting. We treat a spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries from acute sports injuries, overuse injuries and everything in between.

Dry Needling

Treats musculoskeletal pain by inserting a thin, sterile needle directly into the muscle tissue to release muscle tension, improve blood circulation and oxygenation, and reduce inflammation.

ACL Rehab

ACL tears are a common serious knee injury in the active population. Physiotherapy management of ACL tears includes pre-operative and post-operative ACL rehab as well as Non-surgical Conservative management.

About Us

The KPT approach values communication and quality patient-therapist relationships. We begin with a focus on getting to know YOU and what your activity/fitness goals are. From there, we complete a detailed one on one assessment to provide you with a diagnosis and a clear understanding of the rehab journey ahead.

We utilize a multitude of rehab tools including exercise therapy, strength and conditioning
concepts, hands-on manual therapy, and dry needling techniques to best serve your specific
needs.
