About Kincardine Physio

What is the KPT Approach?

The KPT approach values communication and quality patient-therapist relationships. We begin with a focus on getting to know YOU and what your activity/fitness goals are. From there, we complete a detailed one on one assessment to provide you with a diagnosis and a clear
understanding of the rehab journey ahead.

We utilize a multitude of rehab tools including exercise therapy, strength and conditioning concepts, hands-on manual therapy, and dry needling techniques to best serve your specific
needs.
